HOW DO I SELECT AN ITEM ON ARMARGENTUM?
Simply click on the product you are interested in. Then select your size and click the Add to Cart button. You can also search for a product by using the navigation buttons such as TROUSERS, ACCESSORIES, NEW ARRIVALS or SALE. Use the search box if you know the product number or name of the product.
HOW DO I USE THE CART?
Place all products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. You can check the list of products you have placed in the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner. You can delete items placed in the shopping cart or amend the quantity at any time.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
On the ARMARGENTUM website, you can pay via credit card (MasterCard, American Express or Visa). The credit card information is automatically forwarded to the payment service provider via an encrypted security system (SSL) without us or a third party having access to it. ARMARGENTUM also accepts payment via PayPal. Once you have registered with PayPal, all you require is your email address and password to make a payment.
We also accept advance payment via bank transfer and other prepayments. If you choose this method of payment, we kindly ask you to transfer the money soon after placing your order. Confirmation and delivery of your order will only be processed after receipt of payment on our account. If the transfer of the invoiced amount plus shipping costs is not received within 5 working days, we are entitled to cancel the order.
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES ARMARGENTUM SHIP TO?
ARMARGENTUM ships to these countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Great Britain, Denmark, Poland, Ireland, Hungary, Croatia, France
Billing address and delivery address may differ.
Deliveries to Switzerland:
Orders for delivery to Switzerland can be handled easily and conveniently on MeinEinkauf.ch. Just input your account number before ordering, and you can enjoy the benefits of home delivery in Switzerland.
Direct shipment to Switzerland without your account number on MeinEinkauf.ch is not possible due to government policy.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED AND HOW ARE THE RETURNS PROCESSED?
You want to return your order? Of course you can send back any unworn goods with their original labels within 14 days of receipt. It's this easy: Please put the return note into the package Please tick the products on the return note which you want to send back and state the reason of your return. Stick on the return label In the package you will find a label for sending goods back. Please affix it on the package. turns by mail Please bring the package to your nearest post office and hand it in not prepaid. Please don't forget the confirmation for this return! Return by DPD (German Parcel Service) Hand the package in at a DPD pickup point - on www.dpd.de you will find the nearest parcelshop in your vicinity. You can order a pick-up request directly to your address by simply sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to state your name, pick-up address, phone number and the desired collection date if any. Collection takes place within one to two working days. Your credit note As soon as the goods have arrived at our company, the money will be credited to the payment method used by you. If paying by credit card. HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you have ordered the wrong size of an item, we will exchange the item for you and send you the correct size free of charge. Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in an ARMARGENTUM store or ARMARGENTUM partner shop.
HOW DO I REPORT A DEFECT IN AN ITEM PURCHASED?

How to register:
After starting the ordering process by placing items in the shopping cart and clicking the Next button, you will be prompted to log in or register as a new customer. Simply follow the instructions for new registration. In the ARMARGENTUM online shop select the button My Account (top right) to register. Follow the instructions to complete the registration form.
Username and password:
You are required to provide a username and password for the registration in My Account. Use the email address provided as your username. Your password should consist of six characters. Please use a combination of letters and numbers.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the button Forgotten Password. We will then send you an email with a new password. We would like to point out that you are responsible for keeping your password secret and advise you not to allow anyone to use your password. Please be advised that under no circumstances would we ask you to send us your password and credit card details (phishing) via email!
